As a Risk Analyst, you’ll help strengthen risk governance and regulatory management across Heartland. You’ll support risk oversight for entities within the Heartland group and play a key role in enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance for Heartland Bank.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting risk oversight across Heartland group entities
* Maintaining key oversight frameworks and policy documents
* Supporting the maintenance of regulator relationships through regular engagement
* Serving as a Risk Champion within the risk division, supporting central coordination for the CROYou might be a recent graduate or have some financial services experience in finance or risk. You’re organised, curious, proactive, and a strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and with others. You’re keen to learn and grow in a role with real development opportunities.

Hungry to own and deliver, you’ve got:
* Tertiary qualification is beneficial
* Experience with Excel (preferred)
* Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Agility, openness to change, and a continuous improvement mindset
