Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CSAE 3416 and SOX annual audit programs
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations for efficient audits
• Develop and maintain control matrices for processes
• Oversee quality assurance testing and result communications
• Lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in audit or internal controls
• CPA, CIA, or relevant designation required
• Strong understanding of IFRS and SOX
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Self-motivated with strong analytical capabilities
