Support TD Canada Trust customers in Keswick through banking advice, digital education, and accurate service transactions at the branch.
As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward suitable banking solutions and contacts. You will address financial queries, support frontline staff, and build customer confidence with mobile, ATM, and online banking. Training and onboarding prepare you for the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Complete documentation accurately under regulations and TD ethics
- High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
- Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
