We are looking for a Casual Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment delivery across Metlifecare. This role offers flexibility and variety and will suit someone who enjoys working at pace while supporting multiple stakeholders.
You’ll provide screening and recruitment support across a range of Metlifecare roles, working closely with the wider Talent and Met Flex teams. Your focus will be on general recruitment activity including:
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for a range of Metlifecare roles
- Conducting phone screens and interviews
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with the Talent and Met Flex teams to support recruitment demand
- Supporting pre-employment checks and documentation as required
- Assisting with recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing a positive, professional candidate experience
