Position: Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator Role
Become the Human Resources Coordinator at Pickering College, working part-time 32 hours per week. Support HR functions, engage with employees, and ensure smooth administrative operations.

This permanent role is essential for the effective running of the HR department at Canada’s only Quaker-founded independent school. You will manage daily HR tasks, oversee recruitment, and assist with compliance while promoting a collaborative workplace culture. Your efforts support employee well-being and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR administration and employee support

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Organize employee engagement initiatives and training

• Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of HR administrative experience

• Post-Secondary diploma in Human Resources or related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
