As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Axonify, you will report to the Vice President and work closely with leaders and employees.

Your role encompasses performance management, employee relations, career development, and onboarding. You'll coach teams, analyze metrics, and provide guidance throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular check-ins with leadership teams

• Build effective business relationships with client groups

• Coach employees through onboarding and performance reviews

• Facilitate talent development and training initiatives

• Provide support on employee relations concerns

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as an HR business partner

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally

• Comfortable in a dynamic SaaS environment
