This position involves developing the employee value proposition, creating engaging social media content, and refining the onboarding process to streamline efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies with HR and leadership

• Diversify recruitment channels utilizing social media platforms

• Optimize recruitment and onboarding processes for better efficiency

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles

• Represent ALS at job fairs and recruitment events

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices

• Fluency in English and French

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Competence with applicant tracking systems
