About the role:

While very hands on, this is a key role, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to continuously improve user experiences on our website and other digital platforms, creating and optimising our digital journeys to generate leads, playing a pivotal role in the execution of our email marketing strategy and digital marketing campaigns, and running initiatives to continually improve our website.
Keyresponsibilities
- Lead the execution, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across paid, social and owned channels.
- Manage the website and DAM platform, ensuring strong performance, security and user experience.
- Coordinate and deliver digital projects across web, email, social and other digital channels using structured project management practices.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to produce high‑quality content and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analyse digital performance and market insights to drive continuous optimisation and inform future strategy.
We’re looking for a digitally‑savvy professional with strong project management capability and hands‑on experience across digital platforms, content, and analytics. You’ll bring a blend of marketing knowledge, technical competency, and practical experience delivering digital projects and optimising online experiences along with the following:
- Relevant tertiary education, ideally with additional certifications in digital marketing or project management.
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing or digital project management, including CMS, CRM and DAM platform management.
- Proven experience delivering website optimisation and managing content within a CMS.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, including web, email, social, paid media and owned platforms.
- Ability to interpret performance data using analytics tools and translate insights into optimisation actions.
