PolicyTech Administrator & IT Support

As part of the IT team, you will provide crucial Tier 1 support for desktop and network issues while empowering staff through training on Policy Tech functionality. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that IT systems meet evolving business needs, supporting a healthier community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 1 Service Desk and application support
• Oversee rollout and management of new IT equipment
• Assist with user onboarding and training
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Support policy lifecycle management
Requirements:
• Completion of a Technology/Computer related Diploma/Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in IT Support Desk
• Experience in Application support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Share Point
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
