York Region is in search of an Information Management Analyst to support its electronic information systems. You will be responsible for ensuring proper document governance, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on system enhancement projects. Your expertise will drive consistency with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and document project scopes for IMS implementations
• Apply business analysis for operational needs and improvements
• Identify metadata requirements and recommend enhancements
• Maintain information management solution user support
• Partner on various system-based improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Diploma in Records and Information Management or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with Information Management Systems
• Project management and change management skills
• Knowledge of Information Management solutions like eDOCS
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
