Take charge of IT support as an Administrator in Support & Operations. Focus on resolving service requests for desktops, laptops, and printers, ensuring minimal user downtime.
In this role, you will respond to and resolve technical issues, handling both remote and on-site incidents. Collaborate with IT teams, document support activities, and provide training on IT systems. The position is ideal for those experienced in field service or deskside support, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve service requests for end-user devices
• Install and upgrade hardware and software
• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and onsite
• Document support activities in the ticketing system
• Provide user training on IT best practices
Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications are a plus
