Location: East Gwillimbury
Become an IT Administrator specializing in Support & Operations. Respond to and resolve service requests for desktops, laptops, printers, and more to ensure a seamless user experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, both remotely and directly. Collaboration with IT teams is essential to elevate complex problems and optimize solutions. Experience in support roles, alongside strong analytical and communication skills, are vital for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address service requests and incidents efficiently
• Configure and upgrade software and hardware
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities
• Provide user training and guidelines on IT tools
• Manage IT equipment inventory and vendor relations
Requirements:
• Experience in deskside or field service support
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac software applications
• Basic understanding of networking principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus
