Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Reviews

• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices

• Manage project planning and execution with precision

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs

• Monitor risks and resource allocation effectively

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops

• Expertise in sprint planning and risk management

• Excellent facilitation and leadership skills

• Experience with cross-functional teams in varied environments
