Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile project delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, risk management, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage backlogs.
  • Remove impediments and enable teams to achieve sprint goals.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and expectation management.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
