We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master/Project Manager who excels in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing project execution. Key responsibilities include coaching teams, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, and monitoring project progress. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring on-time project delivery while promoting a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage backlogs

• Remove impediments for achieving sprint goals

Requirements:

• Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops

• Expertise in sprint planning and release management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with geographically distributed teams
