HANA Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant – Canada, Ontario, Queensville

The Lead Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the implementation, customization, and support of the SAP S/4

HANA Sales & Distribution module. The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery within the sales and distribution domain.

• Analyze business requirements for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Design and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions including SD, SE, Fiori, CVI, ATP, BRF, etc.
• Provide functional and technical support during and after go-live.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams on order management, shipping, pricing, invoicing, credit management (FSCM), sales agreements, foreign trade/export, taxation.
• Interface with legacy systems (ABAP, IDOCs, EDI) and develop user exits and enhancements.
• Adhere to SAP best practices and project methodology (ASAP, Agile, ITIL, Solution Manager).
• Document solutions and updates, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
• Maintain a results‑oriented “can‑do” attitude, adaptability, and resourcefulness.

• 7‑9 years of experience as an SAP consultant in Sales & Distribution & Logistics Execution.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, CVI, Fiori, and related applications.
• Strong functional knowledge in SD modules: order management, shipping, pricing, invoicing, FSCM, sales agreements, foreign trade/export, taxation.
• Experience with SAP WM is a plus.
• Understanding of ABAP, IDOCs, and integration with legacy systems; experience in user exits, enhancements.
• Experience in implementation or support projects.
• Familiarity with SAP ASAP methodology, Agile, ITIL, Solution Manager.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Result‑oriented, adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.
• Prepared to work on shifts if required.
• Preferred: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4
