Your ImpactYou will be responsible for leading a multiple local agile development teams that will evolve the current Capture Product portfolio to the next-generation Capture platform, supporting traditional capture technologies and AI. You will provide technical and project leadership in delivering product components and product versions during the whole software lifecycle. You will be responsible for People management, product delivery, innovation, managing risks and ongoing maintenance.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and “hands‑on” product development skills. You must have strong technical background, and proficient in motivating and leading the team, through vision, strategic positioning, product delivery. You must be highly energetic and passionate about product development (C#, C++ and Angular JS), track performance and show continuous improvement. You will provide mentoring and coaching for the team to develop an iterative, continuous approach to feature delivery.
The Role Offers

- Minimum MS CS or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of industry engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with .NET or Java, modern open source projects, dev tools required.
- Extensive experience programming/building in Unix architecture.
- Strong background in containerization projects and containers technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
