Supplier Quality Engineering Intern

Build supplier quality expertise with Celestica in Newmarket, Ontario, using Excel, supplier metrics, and organized documentation during a sixteen-month internship.

This student internship supports Supplier Quality Engineers within Celestica’s Engineering and Supply Chain Management area. You will develop supplier scorecards, coordinate multifunctional teams, and support continuous improvement activities. The work includes SAP, ETQ, customer, supplier, and internal quality issues, with PowerBI and SAP knowledge considered assets.

• Develop supplier scorecards to improve supplier metric assessments
• Coordinate SAP, ETQ, and global multifunctional teams
• Support continuous improvement activities for Supplier Quality Engineers
• Participate in resolving customer, supplier, and internal quality issues
• Maintain accurate product quality and supplier metric documentation

• Currently enrolled in a qualifying internship program
• Completing third university year or second diploma year
• Specialization in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required under Controlled Goods regulations
