Southlake Health seeks a Sourcing and Contracts Operation Specialist for its hospital environment. The role supports contracts, capital purchases, end users, Shared Service Organization reconciliations, and Request for Proposal activities. It may include leading RFQ, RFI, and RFP initiatives while assisting the Manager of Materials Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide purchasing and coordination support for contracts
- Support capital purchases and end users
- Guide requisitioning and supply chain processes
- Support Shared Service Organization reconciliations
- Assist with RFQ, RFI, and RFP initiatives
- Community college education in business or relevant field
- CPP, CSMP, OIPMAC-Purchasing, or equivalent certification
- Two to three years in healthcare purchasing and strategic sourcing
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Project management and conflict resolution training
