Healthcare Inventory Storesperson

Manage healthcare inventory at Southlake Health in Newmarket, Ontario, using computerized systems, supply carts, and carousel equipment. This permanent casual position requires logistics expertise.
The Stores person receives, inspects, verifies, stores, controls, and distributes medical and surgical supplies throughout the hospital. You will manage inventory from stock, non-stock, Stockless, and SPD sources. The work includes audits, reordering, product rotation, and supply-room organization. Minimum two years’ logistics experience in a computerized inventory environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments from suppliers, Inventory, Stockless, and SPD
Distribute and reorder supplies for end-user departments
Audit delivered items, receipts, tags, and product usage
Maintain carousel, carts, and supply rooms orderly
Operate Carousel, Logi Data, Meditech, and AllScripts systems
Requirements:
High school graduation and Class 3 electric hand-truck training
Minimum two years’ computerized inventory logistics experience
Clear English communication and strong customer service skills
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization abilities
Ability to handle heavy loads and flexible shifts
