** Position Description
** The Repair Tech 1 will perform repair, replace and/or service work of Company products in accordance with prescribed procedures.
** What You Will Do
*** Work safely and intentionally during all aspects of job including proper PPE and situational awareness.
* Read and comprehend repair order information and parts schematics.
* Complete the information on the repair order form
* Work involves locating replacement products in accordance with work instructions.
* Make decisions in accordance to work instructions
* Recognize and report operational irregularities and defective materials.
* Work from parts sheets, specifications and work instructions.
* Under supervision make recommendations as to warranty liability and any unusual repair problems.
* Work is subject to in-process and final inspection.
* Responsible for quality of work, safety and housekeeping in assigned area.
* Be a Milwaukee Tool culture champion by handling tasks as assigned, including working on different processes and departments as needed.

* Must have mechanical skills and diagnostic skills
* High attention to detail
* Basic computer and writing skills
* Ability to stand for long periods of time, repetitive motion, and work in various temperature conditions
