Full time, Seasonal (End Date: August 31 2026, with potential for extension)

Full‑time, approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities.

You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer‑favorite all rolled into one.

• Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations.
• Assist in diagnosing pest issues and applying effective treatments.
• Complete service reports for work performed and products used.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions.
• Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest problems.
• Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment.
• Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots).
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills.
• Valid G or G2 driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team.
• Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade.

We will help you obtain the Structural Exterminator License, including training materials, study support, and assistance registering for the exam.

Prior to starting, successful candidates must complete their licensing exam and required training.
