This full-time position involves overseeing maintenance while coordinating repairs across all sites. You'll develop preventative maintenance protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance
• Coordinate capital improvement projects
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Maintain records and inventory management
• Respond to emergency situations swiftly
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in facilities maintenance experience
• Preferred post secondary education in related fields
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License for site travel
• Commitment to health and safety standards
