Position: Maintenance Coordinator at Amica Senior Lifestyles
Lead building maintenance efforts at Amica Newmarket as a Maintenance Coordinator. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will drive exceptional care for our residents.

With over six years of relevant experience in building or maintenance management, this role ensures the upkeep of Amica’s senior living residence. You will manage maintenance programs, oversee regulatory compliance, and coordinate safety drills to maintain a secure living environment for our seniors. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be pivotal in executing daily administrative duties and managing contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance programs and compliance with regulations

• Conduct fire safety drills and emergency training

• Perform routine service and repairs using CMMS tools

• Maintain accurate records and reports in the CMMS system

• Coordinate with contractors for work schedules and approvals

Requirements:

• Six years in building/maintenance management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Proficient in budget tracking and PO systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
