You will monitor HVAC systems, conduct preventative maintenance, and respond to tenant requests promptly. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day HVAC operations and repairs

• Conduct regular water treatment tests and chemical additions

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems

• Address tenant requests via the 310-MAXX system

• Collaborate with service providers for efficient operations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of building operations experience

• Building Environmental Systems Certification Class I

• Knowledge of HVAC and life safety systems

• Ability to lift 25lbs and use ladders

• Willingness to work rotating shifts
