As the Campus Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of addiction recovery, ensuring a supportive and transformative environment. This includes leading staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering community relations. Your spiritual leadership will inspire both staff and clients, promoting a Christ-centered approach throughout the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and support campus staff and volunteers
• Monitor program delivery and client progress
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Oversee campus operations and budget management
• Engage with community and family supports
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant discipline
• Experience in addiction recovery or residential care preferred
• Current certifications in First Aid and Safe Food Handling
• Valid driver's license needed
• Ability to secure Vulnerable Sector Clearance
