Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily operations meet regulatory and safety standards

• Prepare and manage operational budget effectively

• Oversee team development and organizational efficiency

• Engage with vendors on maintenance service contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

• More than 10 years in facilities management

• 3-5 years in managing unionized work forces

• Professional Engineer designation preferred

• Solid business acumen and budget oversight experience
