As a key player in the organization, you will manage events such as the Executive Leadership Summit and the CEO Awards while ensuring flawless execution across both physical and digital formats. With over seven years of experience, you will employ rigorous project management techniques and innovative event design to deliver high-impact experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and execution of major corporate events

• Coordinate logistics for executive forums and virtual town halls

• Partner with Corporate Affairs on high-level external events

• Manage vendor relationships and significant budget tracking

• Apply strong project management to meet event timelines

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in event management strategy

• Strongly preferred Project Management certification (PMP, CMP)

• Advanced knowledge of event management platforms

• Excellent problem-solving skills in live event settings

• Collaborative with a knack for strategic visioning
