Production Machine Operator

We’re recruiting for a Production Machine Operator to join a growing team and help keep operations running at peak performance.
Shift Schedule (12‑Hour Rotating Shifts)Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shifts rotate every other week:
Shift Group 1- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- $19/hour
- Full‑time, steady hours

- Operate production machinery with confidence and efficiency
- Load, monitor, and troubleshoot machines to maximize uptime
- Prepare materials and batches for your assigned production line
- Work closely with team leads and supervisors for support and direction
- Inspect machine components for wear or performance issues
- Maintain 5S standards—clean, safe, and organized work spaces
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize your area daily
- Properly dispose of waste (no mixing pulp and garbage)
- Follow all health and safety policies, including proper PPE use
- Previous manufacturing experience (an asset)
- Prior machine operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and solid problem‑solving skills
