* Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PLC-controlled systems, vision inspection equipment, barcoding systems, CNC machining centers, and electromechanical presses.
* Conduct root cause analysis of electrical, mechanical, and automation issues and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain and update PLC programs, vision system configurations, HMI interfaces, and all related documentation, including program backups and mechanical modifications.
* Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
* Monitor equipment performance and quality standards; make recommendations to improve reliability and reduce operating costs.
* Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts; notify the Maintenance Manager of any low stock levels.
* Document daily work orders and activities in the Maintenance Management Software.
* Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to junior technicians and apprentices.
* Support the implementation, integration, and commissioning of new automation technologies.
* Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities contribute to downtime reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company safety rules and policies, as well as OHSA, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
* Prepare reports and logs on issues encountered and maintenance activities performed during the shift.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all applicable standard operating procedures.
* Assist in developing safety and operational procedures and recommend efficiency improvements in manufacturing, repair, and installation.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technologies and compliance requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Maintenance Manager.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:$36,608.00 - $53,000.00
