We are seeking highly skilled Paint Repair Technicians to repair and refinish painted metal and composite panels for high-end luxury vehicles
. This role requires exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and experience in high-end automotive painting environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair, refinish, and restore painted metal and composite panels to premium quality standards

Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and repainting

Match colors and finishes to manufacturer and luxury-grade specifications

Ensure repaired panels meet high-end cosmetic and quality expectations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint repair work area

Follow all quality, safety, and environmental procedures

Qualifications &

Experience:

Proven experience in high-end automotive or aerospace painting

Strong skills in repairing painted metal and composite panels

Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Ability to work independently in a quality-driven environment

Polishing and detailing skills are a strong asset
