As an Autobody Paint Technician, you will focus on meticulous preparation, coating application, and the execution of spot repairs. Candidates should possess a genuine interest in automobiles and a solid understanding of color matching and application techniques. Training will be provided to ensure your success in this role full of variety and challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare components for priming and painting

• Utilize various spray methods for application

• Mix and verify coatings for color accuracy

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of workshop tools

• Work collaboratively, providing and receiving feedback

Requirements:

• Background in auto body finishing and repair needed

• Experience with spray guns and airbrush for spot repairs

• Familiarity with two or three-tone graphic painting

• Ability to follow work instructions and mixing ratios

• Understanding of composite construction is advantageous
