Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a motivated engineering professional to support manufacturing operations and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic production environment. This role will contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, support new product and equipment implementation activities, and participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing operational performance.

• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Participate in project planning, feasibility assessments, and operational improvement initiatives
• Assist with process troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation
• Contribute to equipment evaluation, installation, and automation projects
• Maintain and update process‑related documentation and work instructions
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness activities
• Coordinate training and implementation efforts related to new processes and equipment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency

• Post‑secondary education in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline
• Several years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process engineering environment
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and manufacturing best practices
  
  Experience supporting equipment implementation, process development, or operational improvement projects
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and project coordination skills
