Toolroom Supervisor Afternoon Shift

As a full-time supervisor, you will oversee toolmakers, manage production timelines, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Tool and Die Certificate and have extensive knowledge of SPC, ISO systems, and CAD/CAM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise tool room staff and apprentices

• Develop and manage production schedules

• Control incoming heat treated components

• Liaise with Production and Engineering teams

• Create and maintain CAD files according to standards

Requirements:

• Tool and Die Certification with 5+ years of experience

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledgeable about workplace safety regulations
