Join TTI Canada as an Order Entry Specialist in Georgina, ON. This full-time role is dedicated to managing and shipping customer orders while ensuring optimal efficiency.
In this position, you will handle everything from obtaining customer orders to sorting products and offering training support. Your expertise in shipping and record maintenance will be crucial for ensuring accurate processing. Focus on quality improvements and customer satisfaction as central to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, process, and confirm customer orders daily
• Maintain logs and report production metrics
• Assist with order investigations and troubleshooting
• Sort incoming products and prepare for distribution
• Implement 6S and safety practices effectively
Requirements:
• High School or GED diploma is mandatory
• Shipping and receiving experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong math, typing, and computer skills needed
• Ability to perform repetitive motions required
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds routinely
