Join our team as a Welding Support Co-op, focusing on maintenance and quality assurance in our production environment. Develop skills in troubleshooting and documentation while ensuring safety standards.

This role is perfect for students in a co-op program related to welding and maintenance. You'll take part in monitoring weld processes, assisting with repairs, and maintaining thorough records. You are also encouraged to contribute ideas for improving equipment efficiency while participating in ongoing safety and operational preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair maintenance issues with minimal disruption

• Ensure weld quality meets all specifications

• Document equipment changes and maintenance regularly

• Actively participate in Preventative Maintenance tasks

• Assist other departments as needed for operations

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a relevant co-op education program

• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic tools and systems

• Familiarity with basic mechanical systems

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
