Forklift and Bandsaw Operator

Become a vital part of our manufacturing team in Newmarket as a Forklift and Bandsaw Operator. This day shift role, running from 7 AM to 3 PM, offers a competitive pay rate of $20.50/hour.

We seek an experienced operator to handle both a counterbalance forklift and a band saw. In this role, you will expertly cut various materials into specified shapes while ensuring precision and adhering to safety protocols. You will also be responsible for moving products efficiently around the facility, enhancing workflow and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the bandsaw to cut materials accurately

• Move products using a counterbalance forklift

• Follow all safety and operational procedures

• Maintain equipment in good working condition

• Lift up to 50lbs as necessary

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance forklift certification

• Proven experience operating a bandsaw

• Familiarity with forklift operations

• Ability to lift 50lbs safely

• Strong attention to detail
