Our client, a prominent charity with a budget of $2 million, is looking for a new CEO. This role requires a strategic thinker with over 5 years of senior leadership experience in a non-profit environment. You will oversee operations, marketing, fundraising, and community partnerships to ensure the organization meets its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive leadership across departments and programs
• Monitor and enhance fundraising and marketing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulation standards
• Develop financial plans and oversee budgeting processes
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of senior leadership in non-profits
• Proven track record in fundraising and governance
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
• Must pass a Police Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening Check
