Become a vital part of The Care Company as a Dedicated Nurse for Home Health Care in the Central Region. Here, every day brings new opportunities to make a difference for clients.
We are on the lookout for passionate, self-driven nurses equipped to assist ALC clients r influential presence will include providing tailored care plans and monitoring patients' health, all while adhering to strict compliance regulations. Flexibility with scheduling for day shifts is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive assessments for client care
• Document all interactions and health status changes
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Support clients through transitions to community services
• Ensure safe mobility and assist clients physically
Requirements:
• Active, good standing RN registration with CNO
• CPR and First Aid certification from an accredited provider
• WHMIS certification valid within the last year
• Negative TB test from the previous year
• Current criminal record check for vulnerable sector
