Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to acute medical patient populations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

• Document and assess patients’ health statuses continuously

• Guide junior staff and students through orientation

• Lead initiatives that promote patient safety and best practices

Requirements:

• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3 to 5 years of critical care experience preferred

• Current BCLS and ACLS certification

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
