As a Registered Nurse at Southbridge, you will play a critical role in resident well-being by managing medications and participating in care assessments. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer care following physicians’ orders and clinical standards
• Evaluate and develop personalized resident care plans
• Supervise nursing staff, orient new personnel
• Prepare for RAI MDS assessments efficiently
• Lead nursing operations in the Director of Care’s absence
Requirements:
• Current nursing certificate from Ontario's College of Nurses
• Registered with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
• First Aid and Basic Life Support certifications required
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
