This permanent position calls for an experienced Nurse Educator to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The role focuses on clinical leadership, educational program development, and patient care strategies. With 3-5 years in critical care nursing, you will impact nursing excellence at Southlake Health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate clinical education programs for staff
• Coordinate and implement patient teaching initiatives
• Advocate for clinical teams and patient resources
• Evaluate evidence-based practice changes in care delivery
• Lead development of clinical pathways and care guidelines
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Critical Care certificate
• 3-5 years in a Level 3 Cardiac critical care unit
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Preferred:
Clinical Nurse Educator experience
