S.R.T. Med Staff is hiring Registered Nurses for our Community Visiting Nursing Program. This role requires providing comprehensive nursing care within diverse service delivery locations. Candidates will engage in care planning alongside patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized care plans
• Provide nursing care as per established treatment plans
• Evaluate and adjust treatment effectiveness in consultation
• Advocate for patient rights and promote safety

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status in Ontario with good standing
• One year recent community nursing experience

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
