Sienna Senior Living is hiring a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to enhance the wellbeing of our residents. This role requires experience in Geriatric Nursing and emphasizes educating clients on self-care. You will coordinate with Registered Nurses for any medical concerns while providing direction to unregulated care workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer routine medications as per physician's instructions

• Document and resolve client and family concerns

• Support clients in self-care and wellness initiatives

• Complete care assessments and related plans on time

• Provide guidance and training to unregulated caregivers

Requirements:

• RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification

• Medication Administration Certificate

• One year of experience in Geriatric settings

• Pass required background checks
