Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care aligned with provincial standards

• Assess and update clinical care documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
