S.R.T. Med Staff is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join its Community Nursing Program.
Your role will focus on providing holistic care to patients across locations such as Mount Albert, Sharon, and Holland Landing. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients while enjoying a variety of shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on care by assessing patient needs
• Deliver care per the written plan of care
• Adjust treatment plans based on evaluations
• Advocate for patient rights and comfort
• Share your nursing expertise with colleagues
Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Recent community nursing experience (1 year)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• CPR certification required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle
