Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned, patient-focused nursing care
• Evaluate and adapt care plans as needed
• Ensure accurate clinical assessments and records
• Mentor unregulated care providers effectively
• Maintain strong communication with team and families
Requirements:
• Must be a registered Practical Nurse in the province
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge in gerontology
• Experience with unregulated care providers preferred
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check or obtain one
