Registered Nurse Emergency Department

Position: Registered Nurse Emergency Department Role
Make an impact on patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Southlake Health, located in Newmarket, Ontario. This full-time position is centered around providing exceptional care in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Function within established hospital policies for emergency situations

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient care

• Document ongoing assessments of patient health statuses

• Implement and evaluate care plans effectively

• Participate in the orientation of new clinical staff

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BCLS certification necessary

• Excellent organizational skills are required

• Two years of recent experience in emergency care preferred

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality improvements
