We are looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) and Practical Nurses (RPN) to work within the Keswick community and surrounding areas.

Compensation

Pay Per Visit model: competitive rate paid per client visit. Longer visits receive an additional visit. Full‑time nurses guaranteed 70 visits bi‑weekly, providing a guaranteed income. Hiring pay range is $36.35–$40.35 per visit.

Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive client assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate care based on best evidence and client’s unique needs.
  • Serve as primary provider for assigned client caseload, acting as point of care lead and collaborating with other team members.
  • Support clients through care transitions by connecting them with community support services.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Canadian Nurses Association specialty certification is an asset.
  • Enthusiasm for community care and evidence‑informed practice.
  • Valid CPR certificate.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle (travel required).
  • Updated immunization records, criminal background check and vulnerable sector check required upon hire.
  • Willingness to attain required Saint Elizabeth certifications.
  • Availability to work weekdays, evenings and every other weekend.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds, walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, reach and perform frequent movement.
