Position: RPN Role at Mackenzie Place
Join Southbridge in New Market as a Registered Practical Nurse, working day and evening shifts to deliver high-quality care and support to residents at Mackenzie Place. Be part of a team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.

In this vital role, you'll address residents’ needs by following nursing standards while participating in engaging multidisciplinary meetings. Your responsibilities will include developing individualized care plans and effectively monitoring residents’ health conditions, ensuring proper techniques are used in nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer care according to physicians' orders and nursing standards

• Evaluate and implement residents' personalized care plans

• Manage nursing functions and support the care team

• Conduct performance appraisals and train new staff

• Document health observations and initiate remedial measures

Requirements:

• Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Eligibility for registration with the RPN Association of Ontario

• First Aid and BLS certifications required

• Comprehensive nursing knowledge and infection control expertise

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
